Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients and work with children, teens, adults, and women navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, parenting challenges, school issues, and life transitions. As a trauma-informed clinician, I partner with clients to reduce suffering and create more meaningful, values-guided living. My approach is collaborative and client-centered: together we clarify goals, identify barriers, and design practical interventions that fit your life, needs, and values while helping you move toward lasting healing and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy that centers the strengths, values, and lived experience of each client and family. My work is trauma‐informed, developmentally and neurodiversity‐affirming, and grounded in evidence‐based interventions selected to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where they can begin sharing their story at a pace that feels comfortable. During the first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying the challenges you’d like support with. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered, allowing us to create a plan that feels practical, personalized, and aligned with your values and needs.
