Eugenia Sullivan

Currently welcoming new clients! I have been practicing for 10 years and enjoy each client's unique journey. I earned my bachelor's degree in Visual Arts at the University of North Texas and my master's from Texas Woman's university. I am warm, compassionate and curious, and I practice from a collaborative and nonsecular perspective. I help clients build their "toolbox" with a combination of validation, action challenges and "thought experiments."

I believe people know what they need to heal and be happy, but we train our instincts to be silent. In session we will practice identifying, exploring and reframing issues as they relate to your life, identifying the difference between instincts and impulses, and practicing different ways to implement the changes you wish to make.
