Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships challenges, codependency, major life transitions, and substance use disorders. I believe finding the right therapist is an important step, and I'm here to make that process feel as comfortable as possible. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's holding you back and start moving toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, practical approach drawing from several evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Together we'll explore how your thoughts and behaviors are connected, build on the strengths you already have, and focus on practical solutions that move you forward. I tailor my approach to each person, because no two people or situations are exactly alike.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about meeting you where you are at. We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to have it all figured out - I'll guide the conversation. By the end, we'll start identifying some goals so you leave with a sense of direction.
