As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring considerable expertise to my position as a provider in an outpatient substance abuse clinic. With a solid background in psychiatric emergency room and inpatient care, I have refined my abilities over 7 years in high-patient volume settings. This experience has equipped me to better recognize and attend to the needs of individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and general psychiatric disorders.

Performing thorough diagnostic evaluations, offering precise diagnoses, and prescribing/monitoring psychotropic medication are vital components of my role. Equally crucial is my dedication to patient education. I deliver comprehensive psychoeducation on mental health disorders, empowering my patients to comprehend their conditions and take an active role in their treatment.
