Great to meet you!

Seeking mental health care takes courage, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. With 6 years of experience as a nurse in hospital settings, including mental health care, I have seen the profound impact emotional well-being has on every aspect of life. This led me to specialize as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), working with adults from diverse backgrounds to address anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, and ADHD.

My approach is warm, holistic, and personalized, because your story is unique. I combine talk therapy and medication management to find what works best for you. I'm particularly passionate about supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, high-conflict family dynamics, and life transitions.

I believe mental health care should be collaborative, compassionate, and judgment-free. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported in your journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is fundamentally holistic, empowering, and open-minded. I believe that mental wellness is not just the absence of symptoms, but the presence of balance in your physical, emotional, and social life. I utilize evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you identify your strengths and develop practical tools for change. Whether we are addressing depression, sleep disorders, or grief, my goal is to partner with you to create a sustainable path toward healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where your story takes center stage. We will conduct a thorough initial evaluation to understand your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. It is a collaborative process. I want to hear what has worked for you in the past and what you hope to achieve. You will walk away from our first meeting with a clearer understanding of your treatment options and a personalized plan designed to help you feel more in control of your mental health journey.
