Great to meet you!

I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families through trauma and life's many transitions, I've seen the strength people have even during their most difficult seasons. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where we can better understand the challenges you're facing, identify what's holding you back, and work together to help you move forward with confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use a combination of Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll create a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore life's challenges, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build resilience as you work toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your experiences, and what you hope to gain from our time together. I'll answer any questions you have, and we'll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and with a better understanding of how we can work together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out—just come as you are.
