Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of experience supporting adults, families, and professionals through anxiety, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and grounded. Clients often share that they feel both safe and genuinely challenged in ways that help them move forward.

I bring a holistic perspective to the therapeutic process, addressing the mind, body, and emotions while honoring each person’s cultural and lived experience. I believe in creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace. My aim is to help you reconnect with your strengths, clarify what you want, and build the tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based therapies with trauma-informed and integrative practices. I draw from CBT, IFS, attachment-based therapy, motivational interviewing, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to help clients understand patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and cultivate deeper self-awareness.

I work collaboratively; therapy with me is an active process. I help clients explore the roots of their struggles while also staying focused on practical steps that support healing and progress. Cultural humility, compassion, and clarity guide the work. Together, we build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels aligned with your values and sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming, structured conversation where we explore what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope to shift. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your history, strengths, challenges, and goals so we can begin mapping out a plan that feels realistic and supportive.

Clients can expect a calm, grounded space, gentle direction, and clear next steps. You will not be rushed. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better sense of how we can work together, what the initial focus areas will be, and what tools or practices can begin helping you right away. My priority is that you feel seen, heard, and confident about the path forward.
