Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered, focusing on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey.

I earned my graduate degree in psychiatric nursing from an accredited program, where I received specialized training in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions. My clinical background includes experience in outpatient settings, community mental health, and integrated care environments, allowing me to work effectively with diverse populations.

I specialize in treating conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and stress-related concerns. I utilize a holistic approach that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and brief therapeutic interventions, tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

I am committed to staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care. Above all, I believe in meeting clients where they are, fostering trust, and working together to achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences, goals, and challenges, creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard and respected.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions, using a holistic approach that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and brief therapeutic support. My focus is on helping clients build practical coping skills while working toward meaningful, lasting improvements in their mental health.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment during their first session. My goal is to get to know you as a whole person—your concerns, history, strengths, and what you hope to gain from treatment.

We will complete a comprehensive assessment, discuss any current symptoms, and begin identifying clear, realistic goals tailored to your needs. If appropriate, we may also talk about treatment options, including medication and coping strategies. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better understanding of your care plan and feel comfortable moving forward together.
