Great to meet you!

My therapeutic career began in 2019 with a community mental health agency, working with diverse populations with an array of mental health issues. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with trauma, substance use, anxiety, and depression, just to name a few.

Previous training has been focused on suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, CBT for psychosis, PTSD, assessments, and diagnosing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a strength-based perspective, with a person-centered approach. I’ll encourage you in setting and attaining your therapeutic goals. As your therapist my aim is that you’ll gain a sense of self, as you process & cultivate strategies to counteract distressing situations & emotions during your sessions. I am Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed which focuses on parts as well as being ACT and DBT informed

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions last about 53-60 minutes; 1st session is an assessment & can be longer. I do offer both in-person & virtual sessions.
