Eva Bitter

I am a licensed psychotherapist and clinical supervisor specializing in early childhood, family, and perinatal mental health. My practice includes adults, infants, children, and families in New York City, where I provide a client-centered, relational, psychodynamic, somatic, and holistic approach. My passion is in the science of attachment - how early relationships affect development, how we feel about ourselves, and how we interact with the world around us.

I specialize in helping clients improve the relationships that matter most to them, create secure attachments, navigate interpersonal stress, process complex trauma, strengthen family and parenting bonds, and support clients through major life goals and changes.
