I was raised in a dysfunctional family and left home after I graduated High School.

I continued with getting BA in Human Development. After that I got my MSW in Social Work.

I have worked with the Juvenile Hall population, County Mental Health, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Inpatient Mental Health, Adolescent Inpatient Mental Health, Partial Hospitalization programs and Intensive Outpatient programs for both adults and adolescents and been in private practice.

Support, validation, education, feedback, compassion and empathy.
