Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist based in south Florida. I earned a Masters in Mental Health Counseling degree from Nova Southeastern University. I have almost a decade of experience in the mental healthy field, I wish to continue guiding individuals with understanding and processing their mental health issues. I have been trained in DBT, EMDR and trauma therapy. I have extensive experience working with Bipolar disorder, depression, dual diagnosis (substance abuse), and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to assist you with understanding and processing your thoughts and feelings to increase your quality of life and decrease trauma, stress, or anxiousness. I assist clients with implementing skills to re-invest in their lives so they have what it takes to gain a sense of well-being. Better decisions are made when you're able to process and understand your thoughts and feelings. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

What you can expect from me

You aren't truly happy, until you process and manage your stressors and embrace your true self. Imagine being able to control difficult feelings and emotions, being able to understand issues you've tried to make sense of for so long. Regain control of your life!
