Great to meet you!

You might look like you’re doing “fine” on the outside, managing work, relationships, and responsibilities but internally feel tense, drained, disconnected, or stuck in the same emotional patterns.

I work with high-functioning adults experiencing trauma, chronic stress, relationship wounds, or burnout especially those who’ve tried therapy before and felt it didn’t really help.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and structured enough to help you actually see progress over time. Together, we identify clear goals that matter to you, regularly check in on what’s improving, and adjust when something isn’t working so therapy doesn’t feel vague or endless.

Clients often appreciate that our work is both emotionally attuned and practical. We focus on nervous system regulation, patterns shaped by past experiences, and how those patterns show up in work, relationships, and self-trust today.

What you can expect from me

You’ll be heard without judgment, guided without pressure, and supported with tools that help regulate your nervous system, clarify what matters to you, and strengthen your sense of agency. We’ll revisit your goals regularly and pay attention to progress so you know you’re moving toward who you want to become, not just talking about why you’re stuck.

I also provide virtual parent coaching for parents of children with ADHD, anger, and oppositional or defiant behaviors. Rather than child therapy, sessions focus on parenting strategies, behavior management tools, and consistent structure parents can implement at home to reduce conflict, improve behavior, and increase confidence.
