Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Eva. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions — especially those who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or ready for things to feel different. As a bilingual therapist, I’m passionate about creating a space that feels culturally aware, welcoming, and real. Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and easy to connect with — someone who helps them feel supported while also gently pushing them toward growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both supportive and direct. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’m also not afraid to be honest in a way that helps you move forward. Sometimes that includes a little humor, too. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical ways to help you feel more grounded, clear, and like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and focus on what you’re needing right now. We’ll get to know each other, talk through what’s been going on, and begin identifying what you’d like to feel different in your life. You don’t have to have everything figured out — just showing up is enough. Most clients leave that first session feeling a little calmer, supported, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
