Great to meet you!

Sometimes it feels like your emotions take over. A comment, a look, or a moment—and suddenly your mind spirals. You overthink, shut down, become reactive, or say things you later regret.

Perhaps you find yourself constantly worrying, people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for other people's emotions. Despite your best efforts, you may feel stuck in the same painful patterns over and over again.

You want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident in yourself. You want to express your needs without guilt, navigate conflict without fear, and build relationships that feel safe, connected, and secure.

I specialize in helping adults, women, and couples struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, communication issues, boundaries, and recurring relational patterns. My clients often feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from carrying so much for so long.

My approach is warm, compassionate, practical, and experiential, integrating attachment-based therapy, DBT skills, mindfulness, and relationship-focused work. Together, we'll understand the deeper patterns driving your emotional reactions, develop healthier ways of responding, and build lasting emotional resilience.

In our work together, you'll learn how to:

• Regulate intense emotions without shutting down or reacting impulsively • Manage anxiety and overthinking more effectively • Improve communication and navigate conflict with greater confidence • Set healthy boundaries without guilt • Strengthen self-awareness and self-trust • Create healthier, more secure relationships

I am a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, providing therapy for individuals and couples throughout Florida.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll explore the emotional patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and others. We’ll build practical tools to strengthen emotional regulation, set healthier boundaries with confidence, and develop the resilience needed to navigate life and relationships with greater clarity and self-trust. My goal is to help you move from reacting from fear, guilt, or old patterns to leading your life with intention and authenticity.

My background in humanistic, relational, and holistic therapy allows me to see each client as a whole person, recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I believe your experiences, relationships, values, and unique story all matter.

My approach is warm, experiential, compassionate, and practical. Through meaningful conversations, experiential exercises, role-play, and skill-building, I meet you where you are while helping you move toward lasting change. I provide support, honest feedback, and effective tools that empower you to build healthier relationships, regulate difficult emotions, and create a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, understand your concerns, and create a personalized plan based on your goals and needs. Together, we’ll explore the emotional and relational patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, or feeling stuck in repeated cycles.

As we work together, we’ll identify the underlying experiences, beliefs, and patterns influencing your emotions and relationships while building practical tools for emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, improved communication, and lasting change. My goal is not only to help reduce symptoms, but also to help you create a stronger relationship with yourself and others.

I work collaboratively and believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I tailor treatment to each person because healing is not one-size-fits-all.
