My approach to therapy

I have a bachelor's in psychology, and a Masters on science of mental health counseling. I practice EMDR, sensorimotor Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, Mindfulness Meditation, and hypnosis. I am an LPC in Colorado and an LPCA in Texas.
