Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Clinical Psychologist and Certified Professional Coach with graduate degrees in psychology, trauma, and international service. I provide psychotherapy via video technology for diverse adults, couples, and families to help with issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, conflict resolution, self-esteem, relationships, attachment, young adult issues, aging, infidelity, divorce, blended families, women's issues, narcissism and more.

My approach to therapy

My passion is helping people build insight, heal, grow, and proactively improve life using an integrative approach that combines cognitive, emotional, movement and mindfulness-based, expressive, and behavioral processes. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic (body-based) and attachment-based therapies to help my clients reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will review your background and experiences leading you to seek therapy, set goals, review the framework for therapy, and make a plan. My goal for each session is to engage and actively listen, empathize and validate, and help move you forward in the way that you want.
