Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in Counseling Psychology, and I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the impact of past experiences. I was drawn to this work because I understand how difficult it can feel when you’re stuck and unsure of how to move forward, and I aim to offer the same kind of support and clarity that made a difference for me, while tailoring the process to each person I work with.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, constantly in their own heads, or like something just isn’t right, even if they can’t fully explain why. I focus on creating a space that feels supportive, honest, and approachable, where you can show up as you are and begin to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also keeping sessions real and engaging, because sometimes a little humor can make hard things feel more manageable. Together, we'll take small steps, challenge old patterns, and move forward in ways that once felt impossible.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be real, feel understood, and actually learn tools that make a difference in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll get to know your story, identify your goals, and begin making sense of how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are connected—all while helping you feel comfortable and supported.

What makes my practice unique is my focus on you as a whole person. I bring warmth, honesty, and a bit of humor into the space so you can feel at ease while doing meaningful work.
