Great to meet you!

My name is Eva Goode. I have been practicing for 10 years and specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I assist individuals in understanding their emotions and actions and helping create self directed plans to reach their personal goals and a life that is meaningful. I am warm, validating, and also use evidence based treatments that work to assist in making desirable life changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy consists of understanding the factors that have lead up to individuals difficulties creating a peaceful life while working with a present focused framework. I work on helping my clients be kind and understanding to themselves while maintaining balance by creating achievable goals.

What you can expect from me

My clients typically achieve an ability to let go of self limiting criticisms and judgments while developing emotional intelligence that helps them cope with life's challenges. My clients learn to identify their needs and communicate them effectively in relationships. I also assist clients in decreasing any self limiting behaviors that are preventing them from attaining meaningful life goals.
