Great to meet you!

I love being a therapist and helping others through their journeys of self-discovery; I get to help them just as therapy has helped me. I have experienced my own journey of awakening, transformation, and transcendence, and I learned some powerful tools that I know can bring you the healing, love, peace, and fulfillment you are looking for. I strongly embrace attachment theory and the transpersonal elements of the human condition in my approach to clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is nonjudgmental but direct; you can share your feelings, expand your communication, and receive feedback designed to help you connect better with yourself and others. I enjoy working with a diverse population of individuals and couples.

What you can expect from me

I work best with people like you who are courageous and ready to act and change in spite of any fears. My ideal client has at least a seed of belief that they are deserving of the life they love and want to realize their full potential so they can give back to the world.
