Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas who works with children, preteens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and emotional struggles. I also support clients who are struggling with workplace stress, career transitions, burnout, motivation, and finding a healthier balance between their personal and professional lives.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in high-performance, success-driven environments, including a career in Silicon Valley. This experience helps me understand the pressures many people face when balancing work, relationships, responsibilities, and personal expectations.

Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Whether you are struggling with daily stress, major life changes, confidence, emotional regulation, or finding healthier ways to cope, I believe therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I work with clients to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools to improve emotional well-being and build a life that feels more balanced and authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and truly understood. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without judgment.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we work to understand patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck. I help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches while tailoring treatment to each individual. I believe meaningful change happens when we combine insight with practical tools that can be applied to everyday life.

Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, managing overwhelming emotions, healing from past experiences, improving relationships, or seeking a greater sense of balance and fulfillment, I will meet you where you are and support you in moving toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, build trust, and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. I provide a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences, concerns, and goals.

During our initial session, we will discuss what you are currently experiencing, important aspects of your background, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. We will also explore your strengths, identify areas where you would like support, and begin creating a personalized plan that fits your needs.

My goal is for you to leave your every session feeling heard, understood, and supported, with a clearer sense of how therapy can help you develop insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.
