Family Issues and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist in Arizona, Texas, and Nevada. I specialize in working with seniors and people with disabilities and chronic health problems. I also provide psychotherapy for adults with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, relationship issues, sexual dysfunction, ADHD, autism spectrum and developmental disorders, grief, adjustment concerns, and end-of-life issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is characterized as compassionate, genuine, and nonjudgmental. I realize people may have similar issues but how they deal with their issues is unique. I begin therapy with a consultation so I can work with you to design a practical approach tailored to meet your goals. My treatment approaches, include cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, and behavior therapy. I use a humanistic approach that focuses on free will and self-discovery.
