Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic and evidence-based mental health care for adults and adolescents. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing is most effective when care is personalized, collaborative, and respectful of the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience.

I hold advanced training in psychiatric and mental health care and have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and professional backgrounds. I specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, mood disorders, Substance Use Disorder, Medication management and stress-related concerns. I also support clients navigating life transitions, burnout, grief, and challenges related to relationships or identity.

In my practice, I combine thoughtful medication management with supportive, therapeutic guidance, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to each client’s goals, values, and comfort level. I prioritize education, shared decision-making, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered.

My goal is to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, sustainable improvement in their mental and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, personalized, and evidence-based. I take time to listen and understand each client’s concerns, goals, and lived experiences. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and thoughtful medication management, emphasizing education and shared decision-making.

I practice with a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens and take a balanced, conservative approach to medication, using the lowest effective doses and regularly reassessing progress. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to improve their mental and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding your concerns in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. We will review your symptoms, mental health history, current stressors, and treatment goals. I will also explain potential treatment options and answer any questions you may have.

Together, we will outline clear next steps, which may include medication recommendations, lifestyle guidance, or coordination with therapy. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and confident about the direction of your care.
