Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at any age, whether you’re a teen stressed out about school, a parent concerned for your child, or an adult facing anxiety or major changes. You are not alone! I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) specializing in adolescents, children, and families, with additional experience supporting adults. My approach combines play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other effective modalities to create a safe, welcoming space for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I create a warm and collaborative environment where clients feel at ease expressing themselves. I tailor various therapeutic techniques to meet each individual’s unique needs. For children, play therapy is particularly effective, as it allows them to communicate through play in a way that feels natural. Teens, on the other hand, often prefer talking, which helps them articulate their thoughts and feelings. For adults, I incorporate strategies that address anxiety, stress, and life transitions, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Therapy offers a safe space for you to be heard and supported. I encourage you to reach out. We can discuss your specific needs and determine how best to support you or your loved ones. Whether in English or Spanish, my goal is to help you find clarity and strength on your journey. Call or email today to schedule a consultation.
