Great to meet you!
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed, and resilience-focused clinician dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate difficult life experiences and find a path toward healing.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a second Master’s degree in Education with a focus on trauma and resilience. My education and specialized training have strengthened my understanding of how trauma and life experiences can impact emotional well-being, relationships, behavior, and family dynamics.
I am certified in trauma-informed and resilience-focused practice, with additional certifications and training in Nurturing Parenting, Sand Play Therapy, and LSW supervision.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Whether working with a child, adult, or family, I meet clients where they are and help them develop the insight, coping skills, and resilience needed to move forward.
I believe therapy is not about changing who you are—it is about understanding your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and creating the tools needed to heal and grow.
