Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe that healing happens within the context of a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic relationship. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I am committed to providing a warm and compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in both outpatient and private practice settings, supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.

I am also able to provide counseling services in Spanish. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, or personal growth, I am honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, greater resilience, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, client centered, strengths-based, trauma informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and attachment-focused interventions. I believe healing occurs when people feel safe enough to be fully known and supported. My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and a belief in each person's capacity for growth and healing. Therapy is guided by your individual needs, values, and goals, and I am committed to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe and welcoming environment where we will get to know each other, discuss what brought you to counseling, and explore your goals for treatment. Together, we will explore patterns that may be contributing to distress, develop skills for regulating emotions, strengthen relationships, and foster greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

I am honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, hope, and lasting change.
