Eva Schildhause

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a background in community mental health and individual psychotherapy. I completed my MSW in 2016 and became independently licensed in 2020. I've completed several years of post-graduate training in psychoanalytic treatment at various institutes. I work with clients with long-standing issues with depression, anxiety, and difficulties in relationships who want to explore themselves deeply.

I primarily use a relational psychoanalytic approach. In this way of working, we slow down together and listen closely to you. As we listen together to whatever comes to your mind or body during our sessions, we’ll come to understand more and more how and who you are. Over time, you will gain a greater sense of mastery, ease, and flexibility in life.

The therapeutic relationship with the lifeblood of our work together, so I pay special attention to the quality of our connection and collaboration. We enter a journey together exploring your mind with endless curiosity.
