Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about helping youth navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals. With almost a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I have honed my skills in providing evidence-based therapy to youth and adolescents ages 6-17.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in creativity and collaboration while honoring each individual's unique experiences and perspectives. I work closely with my clients to help them identify their strengths, build coping skills, and develop effective strategies. My areas of expertise include Crisis Intervention, Trauma, and Anxiety/Mood Disorders. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Nurtured Heart Approach to tailor treatment to each client's needs.

What you can expect from me
