I believe psychotherapy is about getting to know yourself on a deep level where you can identify your patterns of behaviors, thoughts and responses and then modify where needed to better serve you. I am a companion on my client’s journeys; helping them get to know themselves and find the healing and strength to live a happier life.
I use trauma informed approaches and psychodynamic theories as well as CBT, DBT and expressive arts therapy in my work.
