Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Evalyn and I am a therapist with a strong foundation in mental health counseling and a passion for supporting adults through life’s challenges. With graduate training from the University of Pennsylvania and experience in both outpatient and school-based settings, I bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy. I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and more. I am always aiming to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is mainly client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life. I’m here to meet you where you are, support you in identifying your goals, and work with you collaboratively to reach them. I see therapy as a dynamic process that can be challenging, meaningful, and even enjoyable at times. Above all, it’s a space where you should feel safe, supported, and truly heard as you navigate whatever life throws your way.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what you'd like to get out of therapy. As we keep working together, you can expect to feel supported, understood, and encouraged. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling a little lighter, more confident, and with useful tools you can apply in everyday life. Above all, it’s a space where you should feel safe, supported, and truly heard as you navigate whatever life throws your way.
