Great to meet you!

Therapy is journey towards our better selves. Let me help you on this journey! With over 25 years of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, identifying barriers and difficulties in employment is my specialty, but over the past few years I have expanded my modalities and practice to include working in therapeutic modalities with individuals and couples to help them address their issues with interpersonal communication and building on a strong foundation. I have also worked with those dealing with anger management, depressive and anxiety disorders, individuals on the Autism Spectrum, and those struggling with addictions.

My approach to therapy

I take a Solution Focused approach to help you get where you want to be. I use a variety of techniques including Motivational Interviewing to help you navigate through those barriers that stop you in your growth.

What you can expect from me
