Great to meet you!

I bring both my personal recovery experience and professional training to my work in alcohol and drug counseling, backed by a Master’s in Education in Psychological Studies and licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through the ups and downs of addiction and mental health challenges, and I’m committed to supporting each person’s unique path to healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With my own recovery journey and professional training, I take a warm, non-linear approach to therapy. I believe everyone’s recovery path is unique, and I use humor to create a comfortable space for trust and openness. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies and deeper issues, helping you reconnect with your strengths and values. My goal is to provide you with tools that will support you long after our sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling empowered and more in tune with their recovery journey. Together, we’ll discover practical tools to tackle challenges and build confidence. In our warm and supportive space, we’ll explore what truly matters to you, celebrating your progress along the way. You’ll walk away with valuable skills and a renewed sense of hope for your path forward.
