Great to meet you!

Exhausted by the way you think about yourself? We are often (if not always) our own worst enemies. Whether this pattern has caused you problems with guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, addiction or you name it - the starting point is generally the same.

My approach to therapy

I practice from an insight-oriented psychodynamic lens. Difficult patterns become easier to shed as we develop understanding of their conscious triggers and unconscious roots. Of course, as challenges do arise in the here and now, we will meet them head on utilizing narrative and solution focused interventions.

What you can expect from me

While providing psychotherapy I believe it is key to embrace humor and offer some relief from the gravity of the problems those I work with face.

I encourage profound exploration of symptoms and conflicts while simultaneously offering my patients a space of warmth and relief in which to grow.
