Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of New Jersey with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field, I have helped clients deal with stress and anxiety, process trauma, cope with addictions, manage family conflicts, and build motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and utilize a humanistic and strengths-based approach in building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. I typically use a humanistic approach with skills from the CBT, DBT, and trauma informed perspectives.

What you can expect from me

In the first 2-3 sessions, we will explore all pertinent areas of your life to tailor the treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My job is to facilitate a place of safety for discussions that require vulnerability so that the client may grow. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
