Great to meet you!

I work with deep-thinking men who tend to analyze everything but still feel stuck in the same patterns—whether that’s anxiety, depression, addiction, or the aftereffects of trauma. My approach is direct and engaged, but not surface-level—we slow things down enough to understand what’s actually driving things underneath. Clients tend to experience the work as honest, grounding, and something that translates into real shifts outside the room.

My approach to therapy

My approach is depth-oriented and active—I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits back and nods. We pay close attention to patterns: how you think, how you relate, what you avoid, and what keeps repeating, especially around trauma, addiction, and relationships. I draw from EMDR, IFS, and psychodynamic work to help you understand the underlying drivers—not just manage symptoms, but shift the system that’s producing them.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a first session that starts to map complexity rather than simplify it too quickly. We’ll begin identifying patterns, tensions, and contradictions—especially where black-and-white thinking tends to take over—but without forcing premature clarity.

I’ll ask direct questions and start putting language to things that may have felt vague or hard to pin down, helping build a more coherent narrative over time. The goal isn’t immediate answers, but the beginning of a more precise and honest understanding of what’s actually going on.
