Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, practical support to adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, sleep difficulties, life transitions, and other challenges. My approach is collaborative and grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your individual needs. I also have a special interest in working with athletes, helping them navigate performance pressure, mental health challenges, injury, and transitions while maintaining balance on and off the field. Most importantly, I believe therapy is a team effort, and I’ll meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, practical, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand what’s getting in the way and find strategies that actually fit your life. I draw heavily from CBT and other evidence-based approaches, while tailoring therapy to your goals, strengths, and circumstances. Together, we’ll work to identify unhelpful patterns, build on your existing resilience, and develop practical skills you can use beyond the therapy room. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and we’ll work together toward greater clarity, balance, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying what you would like to be different. We’ll explore your current challenges, strengths, and goals, and start developing a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for you. I’ll answer any questions you have about the therapy process and make sure you feel comfortable with how we’ll work together. From the beginning, therapy is a collaborative process focused on meeting you where you are and helping you move toward greater clarity, balance, and meaningful change.
