Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm a therapist that will explore the intersections of trauma, connection, and power with you. I have extensive experience working with teens, adolescents, and young adults, including in schools and detention settings. I enjoy working with men of all ages, as well as anyone who wants to develop tools for managing life.

My approach to therapy

If you're struggling aligning actions with values, or even with how to define those values, I am in your corner. I have come to witness how connection is a foundational building block to our wellness; this is a guiding belief in how I approach therapy. I will tailor treatment to you, and the lens I tend to use is one that highlights how systems of power, from our families to society, impact our wellness and ability to connect within and outside of ourselves

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we might explore what's going on in your life that's prompting you to seek help. I might ask something like "tell me about a time in your life when you felt powerless". We might talk a little bit about your interests and the things that keep you balanced. We'll talk about past experiences with mental health, and if you're up for it, we'll come up with a plan for how we'll find wellness together.
