Great to meet you!

Relax. This is a space where you don't have to mask, perform, or be "on." Down-to-earth, debatably funny, genuinely in your corner -- I specialize in ADHD (ADHD-CCSP certified) and anxiety (ACT-trained). LGBTQ+ clients genuinely welcome. I also work with depression, burnout, relationship stress, and life transitions. You can expect a relaxed vibe with thoughtful questions, clear strategies you can actually use, and gentle but straightforward pushback when it helps you grow.

My approach to therapy

Here's how it works: we talk, I listen for patterns, and we figure out what's getting in the way. I'll share handout resources, book recommendations, and tools other clients have found useful. I draw on ACT, CBT, MI, and PCT. Believe it or not, the approaches don't matter as much as the strength of the relationship (Wampold & Flückiger, 2023). Do you feel safe to open up? Do you feel you're improving?

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know you -- your story, what's bringing you in, and what you're hoping changes. We'll also start exploring your values and goals, what's working and what's not, and what a meaningful next step looks like.
