Great to meet you!

For the past 20 years, I have worked with individuals and families to stabilize and support those in crisis. As a parent of 3 children, one of whom is on the Autism Spectrum, I understand how difficult it can be to meet the needs of those who depend on us, while also taking care of ourselves. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a strengths-based solution-focused perspective. As a licensed clinical social worker, I have been trained to see an individual as part of a larger system, and to identify the forces that may be contributing to the problem.

What you can expect from me

Using IFS, I seek to help clients identify the parts of themselves that are causing them problems, to connect clients to their truest selves, and to give them tools to manage the challenges in their lives.
