Great to meet you!

Are you struggling to adjust to a major life transition? Changes in relationship, life stage, parenthood, career, education, or moving can make life so overwhelming that you can't focus on what you truly need and want. It is not uncommon for past trauma to resurface during times of stress and uncertainty. My clients are highly motivated, creative, and insightful individuals ready to break old patterns, shift their mindsets, and live more authentically. I often support other helping professionals, career changers, and students. I offer individual therapy, supervision, and art wellness workshops

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, with the understanding that you are the expert in your own life. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be present and share as much as you feel comfortable with, and support you to take care of yourself and create the life you want.

What you can expect from me

As a counselor, art therapist, and integrative nutrition health coach, I offer a holistic perspective to work toward overall wellness. In addition to talk therapy, art making may help you process complex emotions and experiences. We can also work together to upgrade your food and lifestyle choices to feel better inside and out.
