Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Eve Coke, LMHC, and I'm here to offer compassionate, personalized support tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I specialize in addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, complex trauma, identity, neurodivergence/ADHD, family conflict, and professional burnout. My services use a holistic approach, integrating effective, research-based techniques, including solution-focused problem-solving, somatic relaxation, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. As a therapist, my passion lies in supporting you through life’s complexities, from relationship conflicts to everyday challenges. My mission is to help you create a happier, more fulfilling life, one step at a time. TEMPORARILY NOT ACCEPTING COUPLES

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping Black women and men (African American/Caribbean/Afro-Latinos, and Interracial), teenagers of color, working class professionals/ business owners, couples (Black/Caribbean and Interracial), and Veterans. Whether you're looking for effective tools to manage stress, guidance to navigate life transitions, or simply a warm, supportive space to explore your mental health journey, I’m here to empower and support you every step of the way.

I help clients identify harmful thought patterns or negative core beliefs they have about themselves, others, and the world. Then use evidenced based tools to capture helpful thoughts, process/ regulate emotions, and understand themselves better. Thus, gaining the ability to use more beneficial behaviors, improve communication/relationships, and build stress tolerance without resorting to harmful behaviors.

Couples Counseling

I use this method to help couples reshape, rebuild, and strengthen their marriage for a better quality of life together. However, if the couple would like, I help them create an amicable separation as they pursue a healthy divorce.

Christian Counseling

I use this treatment method to help those recovering from religious trauma, struggling with internal battles with serving God, and living within God will while facing mental health concerns.

What you can expect from me

In our first therapy session, we will focus on building a non-judgmental and supportive foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about your life, experiences, relationships, and goals to get a clear picture of what’s going on. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and there’s no pressure to have all the answers right away. This information will guide our sessions and support you in working toward feeling more balanced and whole.
