Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned practitioner with extensive experience treating eating disorders, depression and anxiety, trauma and grief. My path into this work grew from a deep interest in how people heal from deep emotional pain. I was drawn to treating eating disorders, trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, where the work requires steadiness, nuance and trust.

My approach to therapy

Clients working with me can expect a warm, thoughtful, steady presence, and a collaborative approach. I value depth, honestly and consistency in our work together. I believe that not all treatment modalities work for everyone, and will tailor our work to find the best approach for you. I utilize IFS, DBT and psychodynamic approaches. I am LGBTQIA affirming.

What you can expect from me

I will guide you towards finding relief from emotional pain, and provide tools to help you achieve more balance in your life.
