Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who meets you exactly where you are. You don’t need to have all the answers or the “right words”—therapy is a place where you can fully be yourself. I bring patience, curiosity, and a deeply collaborative approach, offering guidance and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and understood.

I have particular experience working with gifted, creative, and highly sensitive individuals, and I understand the intensity, depth, and unique pressures that often come with thinking and feeling deeply. I also work with adults, children, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, ADHD, grief, narcissistic abuse, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost, and build patterns that make life feel more manageable and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities and adapt them to what works best for you, creating a safe, supportive space to explore, gain insight, and build practical tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s on your mind. We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and strengths, and I’ll explain how I can support you. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of next steps and what working together might look like—no pressure, just a safe space to start figuring things out!
