Welcome! I'm Eve (she, her, hers) and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a mindfulness based, body centered therapist. I work with clients from a strength based lens, helping people to evolve and heal while seeing being pathology. Embarking on the path of healing and self-exploration is an act of daring. I would be honored to support your journey of self-discovery and growth.
My style is supportive and compassionate. I am energetic and dynamic while providing a safe and kind space.
I have many approaches tailored to each client. I work with EMDR, which a method of healing trauma and working through triggers (fears, anxieties, phobias, etc...).
I also offer ketamine assisted therapy (KAP) and psychedelic assisted therapy/integration. This cutting edge therapy is a promising treatment for a variety of mental health struggles as well as for personal exploration.
I work with all kind of clients, and in particular with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
Our sessions may look different depending on your evolving needs. What is consistent is a non-judgemental, caring space with honest feedback and authentic connection. I like to assess client goals regularly and adjust to support them well. i am versatile and creative in my work with others.
