Great to meet you!

Mental health care shouldn't feel rushed, intimidating, or like you're checking boxes. I believe the best outcomes happen when patients feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and actively participating in their care. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide personalized, evidence-based treatment while remembering that you're much more than a diagnosis. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe treatment works best when it's a collaboration, not a lecture. I'll bring the clinical expertise, but you'll always have a voice in your treatment plan. We'll discuss options, weigh the pros and cons, and make decisions together based on your goals, preferences, and comfort level. Think of me as a guide and resource, not a dictator with a prescription pad.

What you can expect from me

Expect a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll talk about what's been going on, what's worked (or hasn't worked) in the past, and what you'd like to achieve moving forward. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, share concerns, and discuss treatment options. Most importantly, you'll leave with a better understanding of your symptoms, a clear plan, and the reassurance that you don't have to figure it all out alone.
