Great to meet you!

I have been a social service provider for the last 16 years, working in several settings and servicing a diverse community. Through my journey, I became deeply curious about people: what shapes us, how we make meaning out of pain, and how we find our way back to ourselves after life throws us off course. Each professional experience deepened my commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe to be real, to feel deeply, and to grow in ways that are true to who they are. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients facing everything from anxiety and trauma to grief, identity struggles, and life transitions. What I’ve learned is this: healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. But when we’re supported with empathy, presence, and skillful guidance, meaningful change is absolutely possible. Therapy, to me, isn’t just about “fixing problems.” It’s about reconnecting with your voice, your worth, and your story — and I feel honored every day to walk alongside people as they do that courageous work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring the patterns that are holding you back and building tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

From the very beginning of our work together, your goals will guide the direction of therapy. In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to explore what brought you here — what’s feeling heavy, what you hope will feel different, and what healing or growth looks like for you. Together, we’ll clarify what’s most important to you and co-create a treatment plan that feels both meaningful and manageable. I’ll regularly check in with you along the way — not to measure progress with pressure or perfectionism, but to make sure we’re staying aligned with your needs and values. I use a blend of structured techniques and open exploration, which means we’ll have space for both practical tools and deeper emotional work. Some weeks might be focused on skill-building or problem-solving; others might center around processing emotions, making sense of past experiences, or noticing shifts in how you relate to yourself and others. Most importantly, I view you as the expert on your own life. My role is to support, guide, and walk alongside you as you move toward the version of yourself and your life that feels most authentic and fulfilling.
