Great to meet you!
I am an Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and Child Psychologist. If you're feeling overwhelmed by your child's big emotions or behavior, unsure how to navigate the early years, or struggling to find your footing during pregnancy or postpartum, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
I specialize in supporting parents and caregivers of children from Birth-to-Five, including those in the perinatal period. Whether you're a birth parent, adoptive parent, resource (foster) parent, or a relative raising a young child, my goal is to walk alongside you with care and understanding.
Using a reflective parenting approach, I help families strengthen their relationships, understand their child's needs, and respond in ways that support healing and development. In my private practice, I have offered family therapy, parent sessions, consultations, infant massage, and reflective parenting groups, all designed to support connection and growth. While my offerings in this current role may be more limited, my commitment to supporting families with compassion and care remains the same.
With over 20 years of experience providing culturally centered, trauma-informed services in Los Angeles County, I also help families access the resources they need beyond mental health care. I’m here to support you, advocate for you, and help you feel more confident in your parenting journey.
