Great to meet you!

The life you've built doesn't quite fit anymore. Everything looks fine on the outside: you've achieved your goals, built a career, maybe even a family. But something feels off. And it's been this way for a while. You've reached a point where you know you have to address it. So far you've been able to keep going. But lately things are feeling harder to manage. Your stress feels overwhelming, your emotions are more intense, and life keeps moving even when you're not sure how to keep up. You feel anxious, depressed or confused about what's going on with you.

My approach to therapy

If this sounds like your experience, I'd love to meet you. I will guide you toward connection between your mind and body to enter into buried layers of emotional experiences. Using somatics, symbolism, imagination, and meditation, we can shed light on the deeper parts of yourself (and your pain) to make way for a clearer path forward.

Many of us unknowingly expend energy keeping our wounded parts hidden because acknowledging them can be painful. And yet, it’s often through facing pain that meaningful healing begins. With compassion at the center of our work, I’ll support you in exploring and resolving the pain that’s ready to be healed.

What you can expect from me

I intend for you to leave sessions with new insights about yourself and how you relate to the world. Our sessions will be structured but casual conversations that incorporate mindfulness of your body and emotions. I will help you step into emotional sensations that need attention and healing. From there we will engage in mindful experiments that will allow you to integrate new experiences needed to heal core wounds.
