My approach to therapy

I am trained in child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy and believe that meaningful therapy begins with understanding the whole person. I take time to learn about each client's educational, social, psychological, and cultural background, as well as the experiences that have shaped their life. My approach is warm, supportive and collaborative, with therapy tailored to each person's needs, strengths and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn what you hope to change or improve. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and create an approach that fits your needs. You can expect therapy to be supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel better, understand yourself more fully, and move toward meaningful change.
