I am an experienced psychotherapist and certified grief educator. I attended the University of Southern California and have practiced for more than 25 years in a variety of settings. I am committed to ensuring that individuals have access to quality care that is client-centered and strength-based. I strive to create a safe, supportive and collaborative space in which my clients can explore their concerns, develop insight and move towards positive growth.

I have had the opportunity to grow and become a better clinician over the past 25 years providing therapy services to children, adolescents and adults. I believe in life-long learning and regularly seek out opportunities to acquire new skills and tools to support my clients to experience positive change. I incorporate approaches to therapy that are holistic, mindfulness-based and trauma-informed. I view therapy as a collaborative process driven by each person's needs and goals for change.
